Beachfront Location
Calypso offers direct access to Agia Roumeli Beach, located just metres from the property. The hotel is situated at the end of the Samaria Gorge, making it a stop for hikers. Guests also use the hotel as a base for canoeing and hiking along the Libyan Sea coast.
Dining Experience
The on-site restaurant serves meals prepared with vegetables from the hotel's garden and homemade jam from its orange trees. The menu includes traditional Cretan dishes such as goat, lamb, mousaka, and stuffed zucchini blossoms. Evenings feature live Cretan lyre performances by the owner Antonis.
Comfortable Accommodation
Each apartment includes air conditioning, a private bathroom, and a balcony with sea views. Rooms are soundproofed and have tiled floors, a refrigerator, and a shower. The hotel has 11 rooms, with newer rooms on the first floor offering excellent shower pressure.
